I purchased the download version of Virtual Pool a couple of months ago and have enjoyed playing it since then. However, I tried to load the game one evening last week and got the message: "Enter serial # from purchase email." Since then I have been unable to get the game up and running and keep getting the same error message. Can anyone help solve this?
The message refers to the validity of the serial number. If you have a problem activating the product, use the Support info and ask the sales team about your product and serial number.
